This page lists emails found in the game files of Deus Ex: Mankind Divided that were presumably written for Adam Jensen's computers but do not appear in-game. Accordingly, these emails have been classified as cut emails. It can be assumed that some emails were written for Adam Jensen's personal computer in his apartment, while others were written for Jensen's work computer in the TF29 Headquarters.

Release form[]

From: David.Sarif@santeau.corp
To: A.Jensen@genmail.mail
Adam,
Here's the doc we spoke about. A standard release from liability form, so those anally retentive legal bastards at TYM can stand down. Sign and date it soon as you can, then email it back.
Thanks again for doing this.

Analysis Report results[]
Game asset file: m02a_31_emlcommon_jensen_31_en.textlist
From: Vera Marcovic
To: Adam Jensen
Hello, Mr. Jensen.
I must apologize for the wait. Due to the remarkable nature of the results, I wanted to re-run the testing procedures several times to negate any chance of error.
I’m still drawing up the full report but I offer a brief summary here in anticipation.
The results confirm that your DNA is, for want of a better phrase, a unique case. Obviating medical terms for the purpose of this email, you possess a most particular protein sequence that is unlike anything I‘ve seen. It is without doubt causing an astonishing effect on your entire immune system.
I would concur that this is the reason for your acceptance of augmentation without the need for Neuropozyne but you should understand that it extends far beyond that. In as much as I do not like my own choice of words, I would be tempted to classify your ability to fend off disease in any form as practically superhuman.
What this means requires further procedures which I would obviously require your permission for.
I await to hear your reply.
Sincerely,
Dr. Marcovic

Mr Jensen.
I’m afraid I cannot offer an educated response without having further information at my disposal. As mentioned earlier I would require your express permission to do more. Perhaps a direct call would be better if you wish to explore this matter further.
Sincerely,
Dr. Marcovic

Thanks for the summary email, doctor. I look forward to receiving the full report. After reading what you had to say I was wondering what this means about my DNA. Is it just me or could this super immunity thing you talk about be used to help someone else, like someone who is already sick?

Interaction with social platforms[]
Game asset file: m02a_11_emlcommon_jensen_11_en.textlist
From: Director James Miller
To: TF29-PRG-ALL; e.madsen@interpol.le
To all staff:
Remember, your job at TF29 is not standard and requires you to work in complete confidentiality at all times. The use of social interaction platforms and media (whether by you or your family and acquaintances) must be registered on the Safety.Net system to allow for real-time monitoring as per contractual regulation.
With current events as they are, the Safety.Net monitoring system will soon be updated to handle an increase in data introduced by improved real-time detection and automatic flagging of any platform accounts linked to main targets that will now include those flagged as indirect or vulnerable.
Full automation means you will no longer be prompted to manually refresh or review additions. This does not excuse you from paying expected attention to your off-roster interaction with social platforms nor that of your known associates.
Further questions on social interaction policy should be addressed directly to Erika.
Thank you for your cooperation.
Jim Miller

Follow-up[]
Game asset file: m02a_30_emlcommon_jensen_30_en.textlist
From: Dr. Delara Auzenne
To: Adam Jensen
Adam,
I heard talk in the rec area recently that gave me some concerns. Since arriving at the Prague bureau it's been hard to ignore the undercurrent of prejudice against Augs in TF29 right now. I understand that it's all too easy to pigeon hole Augs as the bad guys these days but staff shouldn't get a pass for acting as ignorant as the public.
I've taken my concerns directly to Director Miller with some starting suggestions on how to stop it getting worse but in the meantime I couldn't help but wonder if you've been affected personally by any of this. It's been a tough few days for you so please feel free to visit my office anytime if you want to talk about anything.

Adam,
Someone broke into my safe! You strike me as the kind of person who's good at investigating. ANy chance you can keep your ear to the ground and let me know if you hear anything? It's not just me that would appreciate knowing who the crook is.
Thanks.

NOTE: Likely to be deleted on Executive request.
Conditional email from Milan to Jensen saying he's left town and a reward at his apt.
Notes[]
- The emails with Vera Marcovic regarding Jensen's immunity to all forms of diseases due to his DNA resembles the plot element that Jensen is immune to the effects of the Orchid. However, the Orchid operates differently from traditional infectious agents. Like many other cut emails, these emails were not translated into non-English languages in the parts of the game data that contain localized versions of text content.
- The character "liarbyrd" is not mentioned in other unused texts. The identity and details of this character are not known.
- An email for the third visit to Prague reporting that Singh has died in an unsuccessful re-deployment with the Jinn does appear in-game. However, that email is sent by Jim Miller, rather than Brian Rourke.
- In the unfinished email "ES13," "Milan Awadalla" may have been an early name for Miloš Awadalla.
