Ava Cook is the office manager for Task Force 29's Prague headquarters. She is aware of numerous safety issues in the headquarters, ranging from exposed cables to damaged wiring causing lethal shorts in vents. Unfortunately, office safety is low on TF29's list of priorities, so the most she can count on is fixing the wiring with vetted contractors and hoping that agents don't stumble too much. She also handles the paperwork that allows TF29 to operate unhindered, including ensuring that insurance companies don't look around too much - such as around Elias Chikane's puppet workshop that serves as cover for helicopter maintenance.
