Bargain Hunter is an achievement in Deus Ex: The Fall. It is awarded for acquiring the LIMB card from Alvarez Araujo for free.

While talking to Araujo, he will offer you a LIMB card to anonymously access the downtown LIMB clinic. To obtain it, you have to be "successful" in your talk with the doctor by choosing the right conversation options. Using pheromones will help but won't guarantee getting the card for free.
