Barkley (also known as Bark) is an unique minor character in Deus Ex: Human Revolution. He appears in the mission "Finding Isaias Sandoval".

In the sewers, 5 Purity First members are tasked with guarding Isais Sandoval with one of them being Barkley. If taken down, Barkley had a previous conversation with Sandoval as seen on his personal Pocket Secretary with him informing Barkley about the Laser tripwire and its disarm code asking if he could turn it off whenever his colleagues are around it. Later on, if the player acquires Sandoval's pocket secretary, Barkley mentions to Sandoval that they fixed the code on the outside gate with a replacement keycode.
