Brass Knuckles (also nicknamed as "BK") is a minor character in Deus Ex: Human Revolution. He appears in the mission "Stowing Away" however makes an unseen cameo appearance in the mission "Hunting the Hacker".

Hunting the Hacker[]
In the Alice Garden Pods, in section 05 pod 505 will sit a Pocket Secretary on a ledge. If grabbed and read it will be a message from BB, a Harvester from the Hive security mentioning his recent collection job failure in capturing a "little grown woman" which would grant him the rank of a "426". BK immediately responded with apologizing while also making up an excuse about how she escaped. He finishes it stating BB wants what she knew and asks for "Yu" to send another collector. BK never actually appears in the mission however it is implied he was off on a collection job during the missions' events.
Stowing Away[]
On level 1 of the Harvester hideout near the armory entrance sits two Harvesters. One of them wielding a M404 Heavy Rifle informs colleague "BK" about how while he was wrestling a "punk" his augmented leg began to have an "epileptic fit". His leg "jerked" so hard it launched him off the punk but while trying to "fix" his leg a stranger looks at him as if he was a psycho. "BK" in shock, gives his condolences and tells his story of how his arm "acted up" in front of Tong Hung. The colleague interrupts and states that the "punk" got away and states that "something strange was going on".
If "BK" was terminated or subdued, On his Pocket Secretary will be a message from The Hives' head of security. The HOS gives "BK" another collection job opportunity even if he "let them down" previously. In brackets, they state that a woman will not be involved in which it'd be "impossible" for him to mess the job up. The messenger informs "BK" that the job was located in Upper Hengsha with the client name being Officer Choi Yung-fa who was paying in merchandise but not cash. They inform "BK" that when he's got the "goods" he'd have to stash them in a safe located in a weapons room. They also gave him the code for said safe as well.
Trivia[]
- BK's real name is remains ambiguous.
- BK will initially see Adam Jensen as a hostile threat if ever encountered however will see him as an ally if Adam meets with Tong Hung.
- In the arm surgery cinematic cutscene with Tong Hung, an Harvester member shares the same model as BK however it is unknown if the two are the same character.
