Not much about Charlotte is known other than the fact that she is a prostitute trying to make some money by selling her body.

- Charlotte is one of the only named prostitutes as others are named as "Working Girl".
- Sometimes other NPC's can be seen approaching Charlotte however no dialogue is ever spoken.
