An unnamed cultist of Allison Stanek's splinter faction of the Singularity Church of the MachineGod can be encountered during the first visit to Prague in Deus Ex: Mankind Divided. He is found in the courtyard of the Zeleň Apartments, where he is promoting the church along with a fellow cultist.

The cultist is available to answer questions that Adam Jensen may have about the Church. If Adam Jensen visited Josef Severn's apartment, he can point out that Severn (the "builder") doesn't seem to be in good condition.
