SM11_CUT / Painted Black[]
This mention features the cut characters Rasmus and Mr. Grey. A unique character model for Mr. Grey exists in the game files of the final game, but the model was repurposed to portray a thug in Zeleň Apartments #22. SM14_CUT / Neon Nights[]
SM14_CUT is a cut, early version of SM00: Neon Nights that is also mentioned in the 2013 missions list. The main similarity with the in-game Neon Nights mission appears destroying the Neon production facility at the end of the mission. Prior to doing so, the original version of Neon Nights is significantly different.
Whereas the in-game Neon Nights focuses on investigating clues in the game environments without character interaction, the early version of Neon Nights would have involved multiple characters leading to the trail of the Neon lab. The early version of the mission would have involved Stefa (a mother), Konrad (her son), and Bonbon.
Based on information from the 2013 missions list and the event flags listed below, Stefa is a mother looking for her son, Konrad. However, the player finds Konrad dead (the game files include an entry "4_KonradCorpse__ES_PoorDistrict" (Game.layer0.all.archive, line 74808516), suggesting that Konrad would have been found dead). Stefa then asks the player for "vengeance" (according to the event flag bStefaAskedForVengeance), which culminates in the destruction of the Neon lab.
In the final game, Stefa and Konrad were cut, while Bonbon was repurposed as a background character with no special dialogue interactions with the player. In the early version of the mission, Bonbon has a role of providing the location of the Neon factory to the player (whether she was also a Neon dealer, was in the released game, is not clear). The event flags also mention a gang war, which is not part of the Neon Nights mission in the final game.

Friends on the inside[]
The 2013 missions list also mentions the mission "Friends on the inside," designated "SM 6." The only data in the list is the location of "Jarek's apartment (defenestration)" as part of the "Poor District - Apartments." Since this mission take place in Prague, it appears that it was replaced by SM06_CUT, which is set in Golem City.
Honza's quest[]
