After the failure to safeguard the captured Ambrosia shipment, Decker along with other key NSF figures such as Erin Todd and Wayne Young, escaped to Europe. It would appear that he, along with the other figures, survived at least until JC Denton's arrival in Paris, as his name makes it onto the MJ12 Compromised Individuals List.
