Frank Mangin is an unique background character in The Missing Link DLC for Deus Ex: Human Revolution.
Overview[]
Frank studying China & Hengsha.
Inside the Protection Service Division room of the Rifleman Bank Station, Frank Mangin can be found studying the lower level 12 area of Hengsha China & other areas of Henghsa. According to emails, his main priority is doing research on the Harvesters whenever a major event or assault occurs in Hengsha. On his personal computer however are a couple emails from other colleagues in Belltower. For instance, one of his emails from Bernard Bowles consists of them discussing about the Port of Hanming situation involving Tong Si Hung & the explosion at the port. Other emails consist of Frank talking about 'bad press' in Hengsha & Belltower's contracted obligations as well.
Trivia[]
- Although his official name is "Frank Mangin" is NPC model is listed as "security guard".
- Later, when Netanya Keitner is betrayed by Pieter Burke & killed by Spec Ops Soldiers, all Belltower light/medium troopers are absent. Its assumed they either left or were killed off-screen, this includes Frank. His & the other trooper colleagues fates remain unknown.
