Hard Times is an achievement in Deus Ex: The Fall. It is awarded for finding a can of beer in a trash can and consuming it.

This achievement is bugged so the player should employ a workaround to get it. Save the game and drink all the beer you have in your inventory. Next go to the slums find a trash can with a can of beer in it. Instead of pressing the 'Take All' button, select the item individually and proceed to drink the beer from your inventory.[1][2]
