Les Habitant Wines Announce A New Ice Wine!
Master winemaker Karl Pernell does it again with another ice wine that is destined to win every award possible.
By speed-grooming vibrant Caribbean fruits in the short Canadian summers and harvesting them at the edge of winter, the flavors offer a taste that is truly one of a kind. 2027's harvest offers a hard-hitting ice wine that can only be described as classy, smooth, and purely Québécois in origin.
Juicy papaya and gala apple dominate the palate with a subtle blend of breadfruit, akee, and guava. This is the only vineyard in the world that straddles the border between Quebec and Ontario.
