J-row is a minor character in Deus Ex: Human Revolution. He appears in the mission "Securing Sarif's Manufacturing Plant".
Overview[]
In the midst of the riot at the Sarif Industries plant at Milwaukee Junction in Detroit, J-Row and his colleagues were looting one of the laboratories however one of the plants' workers berated J-row and repeatedly accused him of bigotry. This prompted in J-row executing the worker. When Adam Jensen arrives, colleague Trevor can be seen scolding at J-row in shock. As the two bickered the leader of the unit told J-row to stand down and informed both J-row and Trevor that once the bomb goes off, the multiple hostages and science workers will not make it to see the light of day.
Trivia[]
- J-row executing the Sarif Industries plant worker happens off-screen, meaning it is never shown how J-row executed the civilian.
- If pre-loading the mission, J-row is a few centimeters away from the employee's corpse.
- It is optional to kill J-row as it won't affect the major storyline, however it is possible to subdue him with the Stun Gun or the PAX-22 Tranquilizer Rifle.
