Jay Anthony Franke is an American voice actor who voices JC Denton in Deus Ex and Deus Ex: Invisible War as well as Paul Denton and the Russian sailors in Deus Ex.

He is a musician who plays, among other instruments, the guitar. He has studied ballet and he writes. In addition to the role in California Dreams, he has acted on General Hospital, Married with Children and the TV movie Earth Angel (1991).
Jay married his wife Tracey in her home town of Melbourne on January 25, 2009.
On March 4, 2010, Franke and the rest of the California Dreams cast reunited on the Jimmy Fallon show.
Jay is the QA Manager at a very large music publisher in Australia.
