John Dubnyk is a resident at the 33 Hlavní Apartments in Prague, where he host Neon parties. Dubnyk's apartment is part of the SM00: Neon Nights mission. Dubnyk himself can be encountered outside the building as an unnamed civilian, but he does not have any special interactions.
Biography[]
Dubnyk hosts parties known on the streets as "Neon Nights."[1] The Neon in these parties is supplied by a dealer known as Cygnus, who in turn is secretly supplied by Harmony Knapková to deal Neon behind the Dvali's backs. As such, Dubnyk has received threats from Bonbon, one of the Dvali-authorized dealers in the city. Despite the threats, Cygnus informs Dubnyk that he should not be scared, since they have the benefit of someone on the inside and they both deserve to get rich.[2]
Due to Neon's lethality to Neuropozyne users, a young augmented woman died at a "Neon Nights" party in Dubnyk's apartment. One of the party-goers named Katarina Wenzel told Dubnyk not to feel down due to the incident, and suggests Dubnyk to call for Cygnus' cleaning service to clean up the body. Katarina presses Dubnyk to reveal information on another party, known as "Neon Rave."[3]

- Dubnyk's email name "novyneon" appears to have the meaning of "new Neon," since "nový" means "new" in Czech. Dubnyk is addressed by the handle "Nový Neon" in a pocket secretary message from Katarina.[3]
- In a cut pocket secretary message, Katarina observes that Dubnyk, whom she refers to as a friend of hers, wants to "to lie low because he's scared of the Dvali."[4]
