Private K. Lloyd is a UNATCO trooper who sits behind the desk in the entrance area of the UNATCO headquarters on Liberty Island.
Biography[]
Lloyd was in JC Denton's class in the UNATCO academy, where JC left a lasting impression on him.[1][2] When JC arrives on Liberty Island on his first day of deployment, Lloyd is also serving his first day at UNATCO, managing the log of vistors who enter the headquarters.[3] When he's not watching the door, he sends anonymous posts to mailing lists, instructing disgruntled citizens to "trust those that you choose to represent you" and that "the government is not a heartless machine running our lives".[4]
Lloyd is dismissive of the NSF and believes UNATCO will always win thanks to superior tactics, even if the popular movement keeps getting bigger.[5] However, while he is a hardline UNATCO supporter, he is also well informed: Despite it being his first day on the job, he knows that China is a theater UNATCO uses to check the loyalties of members the organization isn't sure of.[6]
