Kevorkian Complex is a secret achievement/trophy in Deus Ex: Human Revolution. It is awarded for administering the final dose of morphine to Brent Radford during the Acquaintances Forgotten side quest.
This achievement does not prevent you from getting Pacifist achievement.

The achievement refers to Jack Kevorkian, the controversial physician from Michigan, known for his participation in, and advocation of, euthanasia and doctor-assisted-suicide, and a patient's "right to die".
