Koníčky & Hračky is a former toys workshop, located in the Překážka district of Prague, that serves as the base of operation of Drahomír Koníčky's forgery and extortion operation in 2029. The location is featured in the side mission the Golden Ticket in Deus Ex: Mankind Divided.
Background[edit | edit source]
The workshop was once regarded as the centerpiece of the golden age of local toy production in Prague. Following the death of Yvonne Koníčky, in 2022, the workshop fell into the hands of her son and heir, Drahomír, who dried up the family funds and turned the place into one of the most dangerous corners of Prague.
As of 2029, the location is in disrepair, and serves as the base of operation of Drahomír's forgery and extortion operation. Nonetheless, out of respect for his late mother, Drahomír refuses to have the site be "renovated" to better serve his forgery ring's purposes.
Layout[edit | edit source]
The workshop features a courtyard with multiple storage units. One of the story units is locked (keycode 1998). The interior comprises a main hall and a section upstairs where the forger Milena Epstein works. The main hall has a floor hatch connected to the Překážka sewers. Milena's room upstairs has a vent connected to the locked storage unit.
Notable items[edit | edit source]
- Holosight and crafting parts in a Weapons Briefcase. Refer to Mini-Storage Unit to obtain the keycode (1998) to unlock the left (or right) mini-storage unit on the northwest corner of the property. A vent connects the left to the right unit, and a breakable wall is in the right unit, allowing access to a Weapons Briefcase containing the Holosight. In the vent, there is a pocket secretary with the title "Propellor Frog Boy". It states that in 1998, Koníčky's mother invented that toy.
- 2 fragmentation grenades and approximately 1000 in the safe (keycode 2489) inside the locked storage unit.
