The Kuaigan district (Chinese: 快感区, English: Pleasure District) is one of the districts in Hengsha, and the location of The Hive and the Hung Hua Hotel. The Kuaigan district is connected to all three other Hengsha districts.

- The district is filled with Belltower during the second visit to Hengsha, who prevent access to The Hive.
- The arms deal Lin Fu Ren can be found inside of the Hung Hua Hotel
- There is a Blackmailer, who will try to extort 1500
from Jensen. He can be intimidated, killed, or avoided altogether.
