Lieutenant Li is a minor background character in Deus Ex: Human Revolution. He appears in the mission, "Stowing Away".
Overview[]
Inside the Port of Hanming warehouse interior, off to the side, Lieutenant Li can be seen telling himself that he never signed up for the position of a human smuggler as he was a soldier mentioning that he wasn't supportive of degrading himself. His unnamed colleague stands nearby with his superior chiming in, telling him to remain silent threatening that he'll inform his C.O. about his salacious comments while informing the other colleague as well. The superior ends the conversation by ordering the two to stay on full alert and to guard the shipment with their lives. The conversation ends as all three patrol the warehouse.
Trivia[]
- It's unknown which of the three Belltower medium troopers are Li as their helmets do not have animated jaws. Its assumed that Lieutenant Li was the trooper armed with the Hurricane TMP-18.
- His name is mentioned by the superior Belltower trooper and is never mentioned again.
- Another Belltower trooper shares the same name as Li earlier in the previous mission. That character being Sergeant Li Wong.
