Liquor is a consumable item in Deus Ex. Consuming a bottle of liquor restores 2 HP, but triggers a blurry intoxication effect for 5 seconds. The effect intensifies with each successive bottle, resulting in further impairment of the player's vision and orientation.
Multiple bottles of liquor stack in the inventory. A total of 10 bottles can be carried.
