Ms. Lapikas is a dead-on-arrival unseen minor character in Deus Ex: Human Revolution. She appears in the final mission "Shutting Down Darrow's Signal".
Overview[]
In 2027, Hugh Darrow broadcasts a signal from Panchaea that causes augmented people to lose control of their functions and wildly attack those around them, causing the Aug Incident. Ms. Lapikas is one of the many fifty million people to have died due to the incident. In a locked barricaded room located in the upper floors of Panchaea will sit a "Crazy Worker" and the deceased corpse of Mrs. Lapikas. Near her will be a Pocket Secretary and the P.E.P.S. sitting on a desk.
On the Pocket Secretary will be an email directly from an admin at Panchaea, informing her of the room code for Mrs. Trudeau as well as informing her what her tasks specifically were while at the "summit".
Trivia[]
- The cause of death is unknown as the player never gets to see her death play-out on screen.
- Due to her being an augmented person, it is possible she was killed by the "Crazy Worker" when trying to barricade herself in the room.
- Her first name remains ambigious.
