The Order of the Night Sky is an internal organization within Majestic 12 that is known to recruit P-series agents, and practice some form of psychological training to create its adepts.
It is the only named order in MJ12, of which the only known member is Adept 34501. In her writings, she muses that her ability to feel pity is a weakness, and notes that it will prevent her advancement past the Order's Third Rank.[1]
