The boat is a small police launch operated by UNATCO. It is piloted by a cop, who ferries JC Denton between Liberty Island and New York City.
Trivia[]
- In the textures for the boat there is an unused texture for a sandwich which is not seen anywhere inside.
- There is an unused trigger at Battery Park that would allow the boat to take the player back to Liberty Island, instead of taking Jock's helicopter.
