Rock is a mechanically augmented drug dealer in the Brooklyn Bridge Station.
Interactions with the player character[]
Rock is located at the southeast corner of the Brooklyn Bridge Station and will offer to sell you zyme. The player can press Rock for information, and telling him that you work for UNATCO will initiate a firefight with him.
El Rey, the leader of a gang called the Rooks, will ask JC to "take care of" Rock, in exchange for a LAM. According to El Rey, Rock has been getting in the way of their drug trafficking business. If the player knocks Rock unconscious, El Rey will send someone else to finish the job, but he will still give JC the LAM.
