Roy is a minor character in Deus Ex: Human Revolution. He appears in the mission "Typing Up Loose Ends".
Overview[]
About six months after the Tyrants Terrorist Attack and few hours after the Milwaukee Junction attack, Roy and an unidentified female employee can be found chatting about the attack that happened on Sarif Industries. The female colleague can be heard discussing that she personally doesn't believe that it was Purity First that committed the initial attack and that Ezekiel Sanders was possibly paid off by another group to manipulate him into other thugs.
The female colleague and Roy have a discussion.
Roy asks who and asks whom was aware that Sarif Industries was developing the Typhoon Explosive System. She replies that it was the same terrorist group that initially attacked prior, mentioning that they broke into the plant during testing of the Typhoon prototype.
Roy somewhat agrees with her stances but asks her if a foreign government was involved. She thinks the opposite and rather concludes that either Isolay, Kusangi or Tai Yong Medical were behind the attack, boiling it down to any of the competitors being involved. After words, when approached by Jensen, Roy asks him if he knew what Sanders' reaction was while also asking who he assumes planted the mole[1].

- Although his official name is "Roy" his NPC model is listed as "Sarif Employee".
- Roy shares the same NPC model as both Eddie & Peterson, two other minor Sarif Industries employee's.
