The Signal Jammer is an unique item in Deus Ex: Mankind Divided that can be used to disable Viktor Marchenko's detonator. The item is only obtainable if Jensen saves Allison Stanek during M11: Confronting the Bomb-Maker and finishes the debate with a high persuasion level.

Made by Allison Stanek, the bomb-maker, this item will stop her bombs from being detonated remotely.
Use[]
The Signal Jammer can only be used during M16: Stopping Marchenko in the cutscene with Marchenko that plays upon entering the exhibition hall.
The Signal Jammer can always be used during this cutscene. However, the only situation in which it affects whether the bombs are detonated or not is if the player reaches the VIP room with Nathaniel Brown and the delegates before stepping into the exhibition hall. In this situation, the Signal Jammer effectively extends the time limit for arriving at the exhibition hall before Marchenko detonates the bomb. However, if the player does not reach the exhibition hall within this extended time limit, then Marchenko will detonate the bombs regardless of whether the player possesses the Signal Jammer.

- The Signal Jammer can be sold to merchants at a base sell price of 500
. Tars will pay an additional 60%, for a sell price of 800 . - The Signal Jammer can be dismantled for 10 Weapon Parts if Jensen has the Micro-Assembler augmentation.
- The Signal Jammer is likely a modified Multi-Tool, as it has a similar shell with the same Sea-Tec logo.
