Spilling the Beans is an achievement in Deus Ex: The Fall. It is awarded for persuading Diego to reveal the source of his Riezene supply.

To get this achievement, you have to select the correct options in your conversation with Diego. Doing so will raise his persuasion level high enough that he will reveal his Riezene source. Using pheromones helps but won't guarantee that Diego will talk. For more details, see the objective 'Persuade Diego' in the mission Secure Neuropozyne.
