"Ostravia"[]
Is "Ostravia" a developer oversight or is it some kind of translation issue? Or is it named after something else entirely than the City? Dorgles 02:55, September 9, 2011 (UTC)
- "Ostravia" is a typo on this page. The real Czech city is named Ostrava and in game it is mentioned properly as far as I know. So "Military Arms od Ostrava" is right. Shangwanna 08:55, September 9, 2011 (UTC)
Inspiration[]
Not sure if it's a coinsidence or not but I just noticed that the MAO logo bares a strong similarity to the Irish CAO (Central Applications Office) logo. I think it's a little too similar to be a considence, maybe someone knows something about it? - The font is similar, but it lacks the symbol above it. I think the designers were just using the same resources. After all, why would a Canadian game studio base a logo of a Czech weapon manufacturer on an Irish educational institution?--Nathan2000 (talk) 14:31, September 22, 2014 (UTC)
