Advanced Stealth Tactic:
After dropping down from the vent (assuming you gained access to the warehouse via the roof) you can actually cross the room to the catwalk on the other side by jumping from ceiling light to ceiling light. Forewarning though, this method will take patience and good timing, as if you fail the jump you will fall to your death. This would allow you to grab some tranq ammo that is on the catwalk as well as get you access to another airvent that has multiple exits and will allow you to almost bypass the next area completely.
