The Tarvos Vault Keycard is a story item in Deus Ex: Mankind Divided. The keycard is used to access the Tarvos Security Services corporate vault in the Palisade Property Bank.

A keycard used to access the Tarvos Vault within the Palisade Property Bank.
Acquisition[]
The card is found in a locked safe in the basement of Sobchak Security, a store in Prague. The vendor at the store will permit passage to the basement in exchange for a vial of Neuropozyne.
The card keycard can be acquired during any of the three visits to Prague.
