There are clear signs that someone has accessed the NSN out of protocol. With the security measures in place, the only way someone could do that is internally.
Have you given authorization to any other TF29 staff that I don't know about because if you haven't, this whole thing is freaking me out a bit, I'll be honest with you. With all the prying eyes outside the building, now we might have eyes inside too? If you DID give permissions to someone else well, that's less bad, I suppose but still problematic.
I have to respectfully remind you that I can't ensure our security if stuff like this isn't brought to my attention immediately.

We received a message from one of Arun Singh's cut-outs that presents both cause for concern and a potential solution.
Traditionally the Jinn's relationships with the Eastern European groups have been neither friendly nor hostile, they've simply preferred to stick within their own territory.
But now the Jinn and the Dvali are negotiating a deal in which they share an Aug traffic pipeline, Czech Republic to Oman.
To that end, the Dvali have set up a storage unit for the Jinn in your city. If this unit were to fall into TF29 hands, that might be enough to break the Jinn-Dvali alliance before it starts.
I say we hit it, but of course that's your call. It's near "Monument Station", and the entry code is 7326.

I just had a discussion with a mid-level Dvali about the family's external leadership. Say what you want about these scumbags, they're tough, and some of them are very loyal. His people will miss him.
The only thing he had for me was that the organization keeps a VIP Vault in the Palisade Property Bank. The code is 1368.
Don't waste time trying for a warrant, we can't prove it's tied to terrorism. And we have to move fast, because as soon as the Dvali realize their man is missing, they're going to assume the vault is compromised.
