Tech Noir is a high tech shop located in the Čistá Čtvrť district of Prague, ran by Costache.
Overview[]
This small, stylized shop offers a broad selection of electronics, including Soloto gaming peripherals, Megasharp monitors, the latest Knuckles games, and a decent selection of black market items - for the discerning client, of course. The room in the back (locked, the code is 0911) leads down to a seemingly dead-end passage, but a switch on the wall opens the fake wall to grant access to the storage unit, where Costache stores merchandise and a good amount of software for looting (if accessed from the outside, the code is 9536).
