The Hotel Housekeeper (also known as the Hotel Monitor or Hotel Hostess, real name: Unknown) is a minor character in Deus Ex: Human Revolution. She appears in the mission "Hunting the Hacker".

In Human Revolution, on the second floor of section 2 of the Alice Garden Pods hotel will show the housekeeper having a discussion with one of the male guests in "pod 219". She will essentially tell the male guest that he isn't allowed to own his pet ferret while residing at the hotel and that she'd tell the manager if he didn't berid of the "vermin". If approached by Adam Jensen she will ask if he's security and rant about how she's trying to keep the hotel clean.
Death[]
In 2027, Belltower Associates/soldiers were sent in to terminate Arie van Bruggen and any witnesses of Bruggen. One of the victims were the housekeeper. In the same section near the back, will lie the corpse of the housekeeper with the male guest she had a feud with minutes before lying not too far by.
Trivia[]
- The Housekeeper's real name remains ambiguous.
- It is impossible to save her, as even pacifying her and dragging her body in a safer area she will still be scripted to die.
- The Housekeeper appears to be one of the only employees/staff of the hotel that took their jobs seriously.
- Her actual killer remains unknown as she was killed off-screen.
- Like many female NPCs in the game, the housekeeper has no "geometry" under her skirt.
