The Most Holy Annals of the Luminous Path... is a book appearing in Deus Ex. It is found in the Joss Temple (next to the Luminous Path compound in the Wan Chai Market of Hong Kong) after the objective of entering the VersaLife level 2 labs has been given.
In Deus Ex: Invisible War a copy can also be found in JC Denton's Sanctuary after activating the first Helios processing module which leads to an echo of Maggie Chow's apartment. In Invisible War, this book is given the title "Luminous Path Membership" and the last entry on the list is "JC Denton" instead of being a variable.
