Dr. Tony Mares is a former MJ12 scientist now with X-51. When the Vandenberg Air Force Base is attacked by MJ12, Mares locks himself in the communications block along with two technicians and another scientist. He gives JC Denton information and indication on how to reach Gary Savage in the control room of the main facility, stating he could be dead. Not much else is known about him except according to Jock, was to help Tracer Tong after he contracted the Gray Death.
