Biography[]
The vendor works at the pharmacy along with Dr. Nicholas Cipra and Michal Raine, the vendor's nephew who has a nearby apartment. When asked about Cipra, the vendor will present an unflattering view of the doctor and his work in "experimental neural therapy," mocking him for being unable to find a patient of his who ran away.
