Vincent Black is the head of the organized crime division of Task Force 29's branch in Prague.
Biography
Black is deep undercover in the Dvali organization. One of his objectives is to investigate the Dvali smuggler Vlasta Novák. According to Vlasta's wife, Dobromila Nováková, Black is one of the few men who are willing to stand up to Vlasta, and Vlasta even fears Black.
Black also operates under the alias "Czarnobog." As Czarnobog, Black is engaged in neon smuggling and has even entered into a "turf war" with Vlasta, according to one TF29 analyst.[1] Black's Czarnobog identity appears to be separate from his normal undercover identity, by which he is apparently simply known as "Vince Black."[2]
In the side mission Fade to Black, Delara Auzenne sends Jensen to investigate the whereabouts of Vince Black. At the conclusion of this mission, Jensen discovers that Black has been killed by Vlasta.

- "Czarnobog" is Polish for "black god," an apparent reference to Vincent's last name.
