Wayne Young was an NSF Commander for the Eastern United States in 2052. Young does not directly appear in the game, nor does he personally leave any datacubes or emails. He is however mentioned in various messages exchanged between Erin Todd and Decker Parkes. Through which we learn that after the failure to safeguard the captured Ambrosia shipment, Young along with Erin and Decker escaped to Europe. Here they appear to have survived at least until JC Denton's arrival in Paris, as his name makes it onto the MJ12 Compromised Individuals List. It is revealed in Erin Todd's correspondence that she and Young have a Romantic affiliation.
